Who we are
Xonovate Code Champions (XCC) is the education and innovation arm of Xonovate, based in Accra, Ghana. This policy covers the website you are reading now: xonovatecodechampions.com.
Information you submit through the contact form
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message. When you submit the form, that information is sent to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which processes it solely to deliver your enquiry to us. Your enquiry is then handled by our team according to its content — for example, responding to a program question or a partnership proposal. We do not sell the information you submit.
Information we do not collect
This website does not require an account, does not operate a mailing list and does not have a user login. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage so the site displays consistently between visits. YouTube videos embedded on our pages are loaded from YouTube's servers and, like most YouTube embeds, may set cookies on your browser. You can watch embedded videos with privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) where we have enabled it.
Advertising
This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet. Children's privacy
Our programs work with young learners, but this website's contact form is intended for parents, guardians, educators and institutional representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information through the contact form, contact us and we will remove it.
How long we keep what you send
Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. If you want your enquiry details removed from our records, contact us using the details on the Contact page and we will action the request.
